Quite possibly the best supermarket I've ever been to (no kidding). Great fresh produce, not too big, fantastic salads, local goodies, and a joy to behold. If I lived here I would come every week, and truly enjoy it.
Great for a bit different. Really good meat and seafood department. A lot of gluten free items.
An excellent supermarket with a great range of fresh products. I thank the staff very much for their assistance during a recent dilemma. They couldn't have been more helpful.
I have been so excited that you carry Raw dealer plant based cakes. As they are the best in Hobart and we regularly come to you to purchase as we live in Kingston. However I think you are leaving them out too long !? If not frozen surely the use by date is a week in the fridge. The same cakes were there today from I assume last week arrival!? Then they were delicious. The remaining still Up for sale - and we bought as we love them so much. But they were dry and tastes funny. Please monitor your turn over - and use by dates. Maybe keep them frozen and put them out week by week in a smaller number and when sold out the next few out etc I have seen the same cake (not a fave ) for up To three- four weeks sitting there ! Surely this is also not fair on raw Dealer as a first time customer may think they are not nice. Thank you for carrying them but please take onboard this advice
Beautiful, fresh fruit and vegetables (along with a wonderful array of Delicatessen items and, exquisite general groceries) make this the best place to Shop in Kingston. I adore their ricotta cheese & purchase a slab to add to my pizza base. They boast a large range of cheeses - from delicate to the more robust English Stilton. A large range of salami is a available & from mild to ultra-hot (my favourite is the Princi "Chilli Extra-Hot). Their vegetables are fresher than those sold in supermarkets. The purple garlic is to die for as is the impressive array of specialty breads.
Friendly, hardworking staff. The meat section and deli are reasonably priced and, frankly, I can’t see why people would spend so much more for meat from the large supermarket chains. During the virus let’s spend our money employing Tasmanians and keeping the money in our state.
